1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing the website, purchasing a plan, or using Signal Oasis, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. What Signal Oasis provides
Signal Oasis is desktop software and related content designed to organize market information and provide educational, decision-support guidance. Features, supported exchanges, data availability, and plan limits may vary by edition and may change as the product is maintained.
3. License and account access
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, Signal Oasis grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased edition. License keys, access links, and account credentials may not be sold, shared, sublicensed, published, or used to bypass plan or device limits.
4. Payments, subscriptions, and renewals
Prices and billing cadence are shown before checkout. Recurring plans continue at the disclosed interval until canceled through the available billing or support process. Taxes and currency conversion may apply. Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the purchase terms shown at checkout and applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or copy the software;
- circumvent licensing, plan, usage, or security controls;
- use the services to violate law or another party’s rights;
- interfere with the website, update system, licensing service, or other users; or
- upload or transmit malware, stolen credentials, private keys, or unauthorized data.
6. Trading responsibility
Signal Oasis does not place responsibility for a trading decision on the software or its operators. You control whether to open, modify, or close a position and must verify the symbol, direction, order type, size, leverage, entry, stop loss, take profit, fees, and current market conditions. Review the separate NFA Disclosure before use.
7. Third-party services
Checkout, exchanges, market-data sources, Discord, internet access, hosting, and other third-party services operate under their own terms. Signal Oasis does not control their availability, security, execution, pricing, outages, or policy changes.
8. Updates and availability
Signal Oasis may provide patches, compatibility changes, feature changes, or security updates. Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Access may be limited or suspended for maintenance, security, payment failure, abuse, or a material violation of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
Signal Oasis, its software, branding, interface, documentation, and original content are owned by Signal Oasis Apex LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the limited license described above.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of profitability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular trading purpose. Signal Oasis is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, exchange actions, third-party outages, user configuration, or decisions made from displayed information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes and contact
