1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Signal Oasis marketing website, customer-support communications, purchases, and information processed to activate or validate access to Signal Oasis software. It does not replace the privacy policies of third-party services you choose to use.
2. Information we may receive
- Contact information: your name, email address, and information you choose to include in a support message.
- Purchase information: product, plan, transaction status, customer identifier, and related records received from the checkout provider. Signal Oasis does not receive your complete payment-card number from Stripe Checkout.
- License information: license key, plan, activation status, device identifier, and usage or reset information required to validate access and apply plan limits.
- Technical information: basic request, device, browser, IP-address, security, and diagnostic information that hosting or security providers may process to deliver and protect the website.
The marketing website does not ask you to submit exchange API credentials. Do not send passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or exchange secrets by email or Discord.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to deliver purchased access, validate licenses, provide support, maintain security, prevent abuse, fulfill legal obligations, communicate service changes, and improve reliability.
4. Service providers and external links
Signal Oasis may rely on service providers for checkout, hosting, security, communications, licensing, and community access. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for those functions, legal compliance, or protection of rights and safety.
Stripe processes checkout information under its privacy policy, Cloudflare processes hosting and security information under its privacy policy, and Discord handles community activity under its privacy policy. Signal Oasis is not responsible for the privacy practices of those independent services.
5. Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal and accounting obligations, dispute resolution, security, and enforcement. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices and requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. Requests may be sent to signaloasisllc@gmail.com. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
7. Children
Signal Oasis is not intended for children under 18, and Signal Oasis does not knowingly offer its trading software to children.
